1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Novaqore AI platform, website, API, npm package, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Novaqore AI provides a privacy-focused AI proxy service that encrypts communications between your application and AI providers. The Service includes the web platform, developer API, npm package (@novaqore/ai), and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials and API keys secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Exceed your plan's rate limits or usage quotas intentionally

5. API Keys and Access

API keys are tied to your account and must not be shared publicly. You are responsible for any usage incurred through your keys. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are compromised or used in violation of these terms.

6. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your selected plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Novaqore. The open-source npm package is licensed separately under its respective license. Your content remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Novaqore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
