Novaqore AI is built around privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, and we never read, store, or log your AI conversations.
When you sign up, we collect information from your authentication provider (Google, GitHub, or X). This typically includes your name, email address, and profile photo. We do not store passwords.
We track API request counts, token usage, and timestamps for billing and rate limiting. This data is associated with your account and API keys.
We may collect standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security and service improvement.
All AI requests are encrypted end-to-end using quantum-resistant cryptography (CRYSTALS-Kyber). Encryption keys are generated per-session and never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard practices to protect your account data.
We use the following third-party services:
Each provider has their own privacy policy. Your AI conversation content is encrypted before reaching any third party.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for billing purposes. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Encrypted conversation data is never retained by us.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
